Job Description:

* Engineering background (electronics, mechatronics, production, industrial or mechanical engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing and technical areas
* Experience with a variety of testing techniques, including environmental testing, durability testing, and performance testing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with test automation tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Previous work experience on Simultaneous Engineering teams is an asset -> dealing w. multicultural teams & coordinationg activities
* Eager to learn and w. high motivation to search deep technical topics
* Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
* Assertiveness and ability to negotiate & convince on working and management level
* Able to solve complex problems w. analytical & systematical approach
* Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish, English and German

Qualifications:
