We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our world-class perfumery laboratory as a technician. In this role, you'll be at the heart of fragrance creation, compounding exquisite fragrance oils while adhering to the highest quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Your key responsibilities:
Sampling:
* Compounds fragrance oils as per business priorities and due delivery dates applying global good laboratory practices, standard operating procedures, supported with the digital tools and software available
* Delivers the minimum required average number of manual pours/days as per the global target and the target defined by the creation lab manager
* Optimizes the number of pours to be done manually when applicable
Stock management:
* Keeping the personal workbench clean and organized as per the best practices and optimizes its personal collection of raw materials
* Keeps the personal collection of raw materials fresh and ensures all expired ones are removed from the personal workbench
* Keeping the personal physical workbench collection up to date with the personal collection in digital systems
* Organized and up to date on the collection of fragrance oil related to the perfumers/ oil library
QHSS&E:
* Ensure all operations are done in compliance with Corporate HSS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of laboratory safety
* Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment
* Ensure all samples produced meet the quality standards as per the global SOPs before releasing the samples
* Report on any non-conformance to the laboratory supervisor or manager, proposes and tests solutions
* Be a QHSS&E champion
Continuous improvement and efficiency:
* Adopts a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in LEAN projects
* Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports the colleagues under high workload situations
* Identifies operational inefficiencies and propose actions using lean Management principles and guidelines

You bring:
* University Degree in a scientific discipline, chemistry or science .
* Must have good laboratory practice experience.
* 3 years+ experience in a lab environment, preferably within the perfumes or flavours industry.
* Good English communication skills, both verbally and written
