Technical Support with French (1st level)

Your job in a nutshell:

You will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Windows and Linux-based systems. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor system performance, and assist end-users.

What will you be doing:

* Provide Level 1 guidance for incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customers or by monitoring systems;

* Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues;

* Install and configure software and applications;

* Plan and execute changes and releases;

* Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running optimally;

* Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures;

* Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve system performance;

* Assist end-users with technical issues and provide training as needed;

* Maintain hardware inventory and perform regular maintenance on systems;

Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux, Database (Level 1, but not 0)

* Proficiency in French (ideally B2, minimum level B1)

* Ability to work in shifts, providing 24/7 support;

* Strong teamwork skills;

* Methodical and disciplined approach to work;

* Excellent communication abilities;

* Initiative and good learning abilities .
