Hr & Shared Costs Controller

As part of the Finance team within the Business Partner Community (BPC), the HR & Shared Costs Controller will be the key driver in managing labor expenses, implementing cost-saving strategies, and fostering collaboration between departments to achieve optimal results.
The chosen candidate will interface daily with all business functions of the Beauty Division's Maisons in Italy and with various Finance correspondents at the Headquarters in Paris, acting as a true Business Partner.
PROFILE: Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions; Autonomy, attention to detail, speed of execution, efficiency, and time management; Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data and insights to stakeholders; Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment; Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to workforce compensation and benefits; Excellent knowledge of the Office package (advanced Excel), good knowledge of SAP; Excellent knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written); French is a plus
