Junior Retail Business Controller

We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.
The candidate will join the team in our Planning & Control Department in Marghera (VE).
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the business in defining P&L budgets and forecasts for our Stores.
* Perform comprehensive business performance analyses, including Sales Equation and Retail Channel KPIs, with findings shared directly with the Board.
* Supervise monthly and quarterly P&L closing processes for our Stores, collaborating with accountants and controllers across regions.
* Ensure accuracy in pre-reporting activities, such as inputting budgets and forecasts by store, updating store opening and closing timelines, and monitoring the store forecast perimeter.
Key requirements
* Past experience in Fashion, Luxury or auditing firms is preferred;
* Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic, "start up-like" environment and in multi-tasking;
* Ownership attitude, coupled with ambition, results-oriented mindset and strong curiosity;
* Strong in data analysis skills and communication skills, with an ability to work with technical and non-technical key players at all levels;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel
* Fluent proficiency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Willingness to undertake frequent business trips
* Bachelor's degree in economics or related field is preferred.
