We are looking for a Business Operations Central Europe to join our team based in Frankfurt (Germany), reporting directly to the Head of Central & East Europe and functionally to the Coordination of EMEA Sales Operations.

You will be responsible to develop the planning files in agreement with the local Head, oversees the order to delivery process, supports all activities related to Business and Network development while you are a hot line for the dealer network for all topics below.

Your main activities will be:
Sales Planning
* Support to the Market Leader, head quarter for sales planning activities (targets in terms of mix OCF stock orders: AE- new order intake, invoices, AAK - deliveries to customer).
* MO Plan, collecting timely feedback and formalizing actions needed (in case of chance and risks)
Order Management
* Receiving new vehicles configurations from dealers/Area Managers and verifying all the documents necessary to validate orders (AE supervision);
* Interacting with Lamborghini HQ (product Marketing colleagues) to address configuration and Ad Personam customers' requests
* Deleting/changing configurations or customer name of stored orders on dealers request
* Monitoring/changing order type (AE, Stock)
* Monitoring aging stocks clearance
* Supervision and coordination of order allocation and submission to production.
Logistics and administration
* Pro forma check and request of final invoice issue
* Supervision of shipments, methods and costs
* Supervision distribution process
* Regional Commercial Fleet transport coordination and planning for Marketing and PR activities
Business Development
* Hot line for Variable Margin
* Data gathering from Dealers
* New DOS (Dealer Operative Standards) roll out and reporting, new B2B systems rollout support
* Market analysis
* Dealing with homologation organizational unit at Headquarter to address contingencies during the distribution process
VIP management
* Temporary assignment of local fleet units and related paperwork
* Special needs management (i.e. transport coordination, info regarding delivery date, special configuration, Few Off contractual and payment supervision, etc.)
Controlling support
* Supporting Lamborghini Headquarter controlling in timely receiving records of local costs

About you
* Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering
* Preferably 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of Planning & order management
* Fluent in German and English
