Mission of the Role: Responsible of receiving goods, safeguarding them, and ensuring the proper supply of all products, commodities, items, or assets used for the operation and maintenance of the business unit is carried out according to established guidelines for inventory control. This includes ensuring that the correct inventory levels are maintained for each product. Additionally, special attention is given to the quality of products during receipt, as well as ensuring they remain in suitable conditions for consumption. All these tasks are performed in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Warehouse Technician position

What will I be doing?

* Support in order fulfillment and tracking.

* Goods reception: ensure that the merchandise being received matches in quantity, quality, and price with the order placed, which must be duly authorized.

* Enter warehouse orders into the system.

* Monitoring stock levels as per the designated quantities for each product.

* Inventory monitoring to determine supply needs.

* Proper storage of products, merchandise, items, or assets used for operations, according to their category and the established guidelines for inventory control.

* Verify temperatures, ensure cleanliness in reception, work, and storage areas, and arranging goods for proper rotation.

* Product verification and expiration control.

* Issuing warehouse releases to various departments upon request and with the necessary validation.

* Supply different departments, ensuring proper product rotation.

* Assistance in business units inventories.

What are we looking for?

* Previous experience in the same position in Hospitality, Tourism or GDO

* Fluent in Italian and very good in English

* Flexibility
