Based in Athens and reporting to the Country manager for Greece-Cyprus, this position is responsible for managing and developing selected Consumer and Distribution partners in the 2 countries. We're building a local presence in Greece, which is an absolutely unique opportunity being part of it with profound impact on the the Greek & Cypriot Consumer Channel and Distribution. We develop account plans that align (COMPANY NAME) and the partner's growth strategies to expand adoption of the (COMPANY NAME) ecosystem. We build deep relationships, negotiate programs, and develop capabilities to achieve a great physical and digital end-customer experience with results that benefit (COMPANY NAME) and our partners and expand (COMPANY NAME)'s footprint. We are responsible for quarterly and annual business plans and results which help us achieve (COMPANY NAME)'s growth objectives We focus on operational excellence to ensure the Distribution of the products is to the highest standards and enables to deliver the business results and reacts to trends. We effectively execute on plans by cross-functionally collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and exciting growth opportunities, We monitor key performance indicators that support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of our account plans.

* You have consultative selling experience and developing channel growth strategies for partners. In your experience, you've balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for long-term.
* You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
