In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our Finance Internal Firm Services team in Athens.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

* Help monitor accounts receivable and assist in the collection of outstanding debts

* Support the invoicing process by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with company's requirements

* Participate in the preparation of regular reports on the status of accounts and any potential risks

* Communicate with the stakeholders in Greece and abroad to resolve billing issues and follow up on overdue accounts

* Collaborate with team members to assess and improve credit control processes

* Help implement and enforce credit policies to minimize risk

* Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with clients

What we are looking for

* Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelor's or Master's degree) relevant to any of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field

* 0-1 year of previous working experience in a relevant role

* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English

* Experience with Excel is a key requirement

* Familiar with ERP will be considered as an asset

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

* Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

* Military services fulfilled for male candidates
