Descripción de la oferta

We at (COMPANY NAME) GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with HQ in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Customer Service & Credit Collection (Asia) to join our Customer Service Team.

Principal functions:
* Control, claim and monitoring of accounts receivable statements, both credit clients and prepaid clients.
* Review of credit limits according to company credit policies.
* Coordination and resolution of incidents with the different Departments (Customer Service, logistics, commercial, etc).
* Management of the portfolio.
* Accounting for customer payments.
* Secure and execute billing.
* Opening and maintenance of customer accounts in the system.
* Preparation of reporting of the assigned market (China and ROA).
* Assist customers and Sales representatives.
* Answer phone calls to assist customers calling in with inquiries.
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, provide the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. To achieve this, the person hired will have to work closely with our Logistics, Accounting, Production and Sales Team.
* Provide customers with timely and accurate information, order status and product knowledge inquiries.
* Follow-up on any issue until they are fully resolved.
* Attendance at SHOWROOMS for sales support.

Requisitos

* At least 1-3 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service/Credit Collection within Wholesale Fashion/Bridal industry preferred.
* Mandarin, English and Spanish speaker (Proficiency or advanced).
* Strong client-facing and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, M3 and CLIMA knowledge preferred.
* Team player, enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.
* Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work.
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
* Requires friendly, professional etiquette and courtesy in interfacing with customers on the telephone.
* Availability to work from 7.00am to 3.00pm.
