Poste et missions : We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Growth Marketing & CRM professional with a solid background in using HubSpot CRM. As a mid-level role, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys contributing to strategic planning, building processes and frameworks, executing marketing initiatives, and providing feedback to senior management. We welcome software engineers with a business background who are looking to transition into sales and marketing roles You will be responsible for carrying out (COMPANY NAME) Group's Growth Marketing strategies, managing CRM activities, and ensuring our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business goals. As a global role, you will be a key enabler to local marketers and sales teams, responsible for marketing practice adoption for key (COMPANY NAME) offices across the globe. This is an existing position looking for a replacement. Key Responsibilities - HubSpot Mastery: Utilize HubSpot CRM and other integrated platforms (Apollo, La Growth Machine etc.) to create global templates for Growth Marketing campaigns, optimize lead generation, and produce campaign reports and analysis. - Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of Growth Marketing strategies and carry out the established strategic marketing plan, invest in new marketing tooling and features, prove KPI, metrics and qualitative feedback to senior management on performance and areas for improvement. - Growth Marketing: Create engaging inbound and outbound campaigns across digital channels using (COMPANY NAME)'s campaign management tools with the global marketing team and enable country marketers' local campaign activation. - Lead Management: Optimize campaign and CRM framework to attract, convert, and nurture leads through the sales pipelines using (COMPANY NAME)'s campaign tools. - Automation & Workflow: Design automated workflows to streamline processes and improve marketing efficiency. - Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement. - CRM Integration: Integrate HubSpot with other systems to enhance customer experience and provide a unified view of customer interactions. - Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to provide training, support, and insights based on CRM data. - Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges related to HubSpot (and other tools) usage, explore AI solutions and adapt to evolving Growth Marketing trends. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Growth Marketing, CRM technologies, and SEO strategies, with a focus on HubSpot certification and training. What you have as foundation to start the exciting journey: - A fun and dedicated global marketing team of 3 to collaborate with. - Existing growth marketing and CRM documentation and guidelines to start with. - Clear marketing strategy and autonomous scope of work. - Flexible working hours and location

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Who you are : - Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field. - Relevant vocational qualifications in Growth Marketing or CRM. - 1-2 years' experience with HubSpot CRM and its various modules. - Experience using Apollo, La Growth Machine, or similar tools is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Open-minded, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Methodic, patient and willing to upskill team - Proficient in English, French and/or Spanish is a plus. - Sales experience is a plus - A doer with strategic thinking. - Located in Spain (Europe time zone) to cover global market
