What you should know about the job:
Our Go-to-Market team, based in LATAM, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong sales and analytical background to join (COMPANY NAME)'s expansion efforts in Spanish-speaking LATAM.
As a JR Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across various segments, contributing significantly to our business growth and market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead Generation and Qualification
* Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and research.
* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and segmentations.
* Utilize tools such as Semrush, Influencity, Meta, Power BI, among others for efficient performance.
* Client Engagement and Prospecting
* Prospect new clients using diverse social media channels and initiate first contact to qualify leads
* Personalize outreach efforts to resonate with potential clients' needs and interests.
* Answer inquiries and provide commercial information about (COMPANY NAME)'s offerings.
* CRM Management and Activity Tracking
* Update, register, and manage all client interactions and activities in our CRM system, Salesforce.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
* Representation and Networking
* Participate in relevant industry events and conferences..
* Build and expand your network within the industry to drive business opportunities.
* Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
* Collaborate with the LATAM squad to improve funnel efficiency and overall sales processes.
* Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and strategies.
* Implement A/B testing on contact channels and messages to optimize productivity and results.
* Generate insightful reports on activities and promote initiatives to improve sales operation performance
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent sales role.
* Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model, going three days in the office.
* Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+).
* Strong ability to build and nurture relationships within the industry.
* Proven track record of successful negotiation and selling techniques.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies.
* Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
