About this role:
As an Account Manager you act as an advisor to ensure that restaurants become more successful on Just Eat Takeaway.com. In addition, you will ensure that our partner restaurants know everything about our services, merchandise, and deals we offer. You represent our brand and increase our visibility. Whether you're visiting for research, creating more 'orange on the street', or making a restaurant more successful - you always know how to create a win-win situation! You will look after our partner restaurants and ensure that a mutually profitable and efficient business relationship is established within the region of Sofia. By understanding the restaurant partner's needs & wishes aiming to offer improvements, tools, advice, and insights, you're able to improve restaurant partner & customer experience, increase order volume/revenue, improve last mile visibility & top of mind awareness.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Work closely with our partners to build a close relationship and increase their satisfaction
* You define the commercial proposal for portfolio restaurant partners in order to create a strong and sustainable partnership with them
* You conduct restaurant partners business analysis and monitoring in order to give unique growth consultancy
* You offer and sell our Just Eat Takeaway.com tools and products to help partners grow their business
* You ensure your restaurant partners business growth and NPS with Just Eat Takeaway.com
* You Identificate innovative solutions in order to create added value for restaurants in portfolio
* You ensure restaurant partners understand the benefits and promotions we're offering
* You create a user friendly and convenient shopping experience for Takeaway.com customers
* You manage commercial objections of your portfolio restaurant partners
* Internally you are the interface to other areas, e.g.you exchange ideas with other teams when problems arise or you can initiate new projects with creative and innovative ideas.
What will you bring to the table?
* A first professional experience - in account management or sales and operations
* Perfect LOCAL LANGUAGE skills (spoken and written), and a B2 level English
* Your strong communication skills and commercial acumen make you a reliable and valuable advisor for our partner restaurants
* Willing to be on the field (Valid Driver's Licence)
* You have a great sense of responsibility
* Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
* Flexibility to match your hours to the agenda of the partner restaurants where necessary
* Ability to work independently, but you are also a very strong team player and have a good organisation skills
* Relentless, results-oriented, someone that wants to go the extra mile to get the job done
* Feeling at ease in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Excel
