What You'll Do: Take ownership of software development projects, delivering solutions that meet customer needs and high-quality standards. Design with purpose-balancing efficiency, timelines, and budget to create impactful results. Work closely with teams across the board, from technical leads to business stakeholders, to ensure smooth collaboration. Develop and maintain system designs, documentation, and user guides to support your work. Analyze existing systems and identify ways to improve performance and functionality. Be the go-to expert for technical questions and project guidance

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Master Degree and first experience * Deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software * Assisting business users in defining the evolution of our software and resolving bugs and issues * Translating business functionalities into IT systems * Communicating with IT and business teams from Liège and Ghent * Constantly seeking out improvements * Dealing with the technology stack: C#, .NET, C++, JAVA SQL, Log4net, DevOps, TFS, CD/CI, unit and integration testing
