As a part of the Oceania HR team, the VIE Student will support deployment of the HR Business Unit Ambition by supporting Business Partnering activities, the AI and HR project, inclusion and diversity program and employee engagement initiatives. The primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: * Providing support to our functions with the resources and tools they need to enhance their skills, capabilities and team dynamics. * Support the GM HR and functional HR Business Partners in the planning and deployment of HR initiatives to successfully deliver the HR Business Unit Ambition including: o Performance and Development o Culture and Engagement o Recruitment and Onboarding o Health, Safety, Environment and Wellness o inclusion and diversity program o AI and HR program * Maintain, comply with, and enforce the relevant procedures and internal controls. * Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with the Nexans Occupational Health & Safety Policy & Procedures. * Demonstrating commitment and promotion to the implementation of Nexans values. * All other duties as directed which are safe to perform
