Your mission, roles and responsibilities

What is your role and surroundings?
Our (COMPANY NAME) FCE Business Group is looking for you as an Assistant Plant Controller VIE for our site in Koriyama, Japan.

What will be your main missions?
The VIE Finance Assistant Plant Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.
The main missions of the role are to:
 Ensure compliance to all financial procedures.
o Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with company procedures and policies.
o Ensure site activities are compliant with (COMPANY NAME) finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …) and internal control basics.

 Provide reliable financial / controlling information
o Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast, …
o Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance,
o Update information into the ERP System,
o Ensure reliability of standard costing,
o Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control …,
o Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information,
o Contribute to the control and management of the plant's operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues).

Your profile and competencies to succeed

What you need to join us?
 Master's degree in Business with Finance Major
 Demonstrate strong communication skills and autonomy
 Fluent in English
 Strong Excel skills

Who are we looking for?
 First experience in controlling,
 Or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environment.
 Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
 Intermediate or Advanced Excel
 Solid accounting knowledge
 Strong teamwork
 Good communication skills
 Fluency in English required
 Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to (COMPANY NAME)'s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
