IVECO operates worldwide Job description : Suppliers selection and sourcing management for assigned commodities. Managing the entire sourcing process; this includes RFQ activity, analysis of supplier responses and quotes and placing blanket purchase orders total costs while optimizing quality, lead time, and pricing. Leading and facilitation of pricing negotiations and contract discussions, dealing with all the Company Departments needed to fulfill the targets; Negotiating Contracts and Budget contribution - Managing suppliers for assigned product lines, negotiating price adjustments, and defining LTA/LTC and relevant contractual terms. Building forecasts and budget estimates for managed suppliers and reflecting them on the procurement systems. Market Analysis - Monitoring market trends and evaluating supplier performance. Supplier Performance Evaluation - Assessing supplier performance and implementing strategies for improvement to maintain a high standard of supply chain efficiency included cost-saving initiatives
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Required skills: Mechanical Engineering degree or business degree or similar Negotiation skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate as an effective team member Good communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint SAP knowledge (preferred) Result driven and action oriented Fluent in English, any other language is an asset (Italian could be a plus)
