Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader Your position and environment? Faurecia Clarion Electronics Europe Division is designing, manufacturing, and selling high technology electronic devices to main European car constructors. We are looking for you as Industrial Program Leader VIE for our plant located in Nagykata, Hungary (50 km / 45min from Budapest). This position offers a unique opportunity to discover how to launch new product in an international environment. Manage the schedule and set up in the plant of new equipment. Interacting with different plant team members to ensure successful launch, learn the factory organization and objectives. Your mission, roles and responsibilities Main Missions are: Interface between the plant and the core team (development & sales) Planning and managing the plant launch team (production, quality, logistics, technical service) Drawing up, monitoring and reporting deviations Supervising the Production Trial run (PT) and Mass Production Trial (MPT) Reporting progress (launch book, capacity, quality, logistics) After the project work has been completed, the transfer to production follows. The process is followed for six months to validate the predetermined KPIs Draw up and manage contingency plan if necessary The mission will last 12 months

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your profile and competencies to succeed Master's Degree or Engineering diploma. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Industrial / Production Environment. Good level of English. Knowledge of production techniques, production machines, machine safety, production tools and reading and interpreting drawings (WTB). Have job-oriented knowledge regarding manufacturability, problem solutions and the proper translation of customer wishes.
