Cathay Health is actively investing out of a EUR200M fund dedicated to healthcare technology companies focused on improving patient outcomes and reducing care costs. The fund targets companies in the late development or early commercialization stages, primarily located in Europe, North America, and the UK. Responsibilities: You will work as an integral member of a lean investment team, primarily supporting senior members of the team with the end-to-end investment process: Support evaluation of potential investment opportunities within the healthcare technology space, conducting comprehensive due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive assessments. Build investment thesis, prepare investment memos for internal review and decision-making, including developing financial models to support investment decisions, support deal execution and closing process Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, ?assist in the preparation of fund update and valuation reports

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Key requirements: 1-2 years of healthcare investment banking or consulting experience Intellectual curiosity and deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, business models, and go-to-market strategies in healthcare, especially in diagnostics, life science tools, medical devices, digital health, and AI. Undergraduate or graduate degrees in biological sciences, engineering, or medicine is a plus Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative, working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high emotional maturity and intelligence Strong written and oral communication skills in English, working proficiency in French
