What you will do: As the United States is one of our largest markets, as well as an extremely important country in terms of customers, the deployment of our work force in this country is a major challenge. On the one hand, we will have to test the depth of the American market by developing a dense network of relationships in order to go beyond the "early adopters" constituted by our current customer base. On the other hand, it will be necessary to ensure a maximum renewal rate to guarantee the recurring American revenue. To meet these two strategic objectives, we need a dynamic, autonomous and ambitious person who is willing to invest 100% of his or her time and energy in order to bring Arioneo to scale in the United States. The missions proposed within this VIE offer include : - Business development: acquisition, contract upgrades, upsales - Customer success: reactivity of the support service, access to advice on data, relevance of answers and analyses, physical relay of technical support - Contract management: negotiation of renewals, optimization of Lifetime value - Brand awareness: by being on site, our VIE participates in Arioneo's presence in the field and acts as a relay for the Marketing team when organizing events

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * MSc in Management, Business, Sales * Perfect knowledge of the horseracing industry (contacts in the US would be a big plus) * Previous experience in Sales or Business Development or horseracing industry * Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) * Tech savvy and curious about equine sports science * Hard worker with no problem in contacting people and making calls.
