"Presentation of the team and business activities : With more than 200 employees and over 80mEUR sales, the Benelux healthcare activities are growing quickly. We see knowledge development as value by increasing the knowledge of our own staff but also offering this to our clients. Developing accredited training modules around the various therapies is an important next step. The therapies currently offered in the BENELUX are CPAP for Sleep Apnea, Oxygen, Nebulizing, PEP, Suction, Diabetes, Infusion, nutrition and UV light. We are looking for a digital support who will flesh this out within the Sales & Marketing team, working closely with colleagues and external parties.
As The Netherlands and Belgium are reporting as one BENELUX unit to the head office, many of our functions manage both countries. The Marketing team will consist of 4 colleagues and reports to the BENELUX Director Marketing. The VIE position will be based in Belgium close to Brussels
The common spoken languages are English - French - Dutch in Belgium.
Define, implement and monitor patient centric digital marketing strategies for different therapies alongside the patient pathway:
Define and coordinate the implementation of acquisition driven content strategy and digital advertising campaigns across various channels (Social Media, SEA, email marketing, etc.) for brand awareness and lead generation.
Coordinate the creation of monthly content for our channels (SEO, Organic and paid social, newsletters, and print) Make content during the day that fits into the daily content plan (from social media content to print).
Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing channels (Organic, paid social, ppc, etc.) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Help define & implement VitalAire digital strategy on owned and earned media. Liaise with the media, find ways to increase traffic, engagement & conversion on our owned channels.
Utilize CRM tools to segment audiences, create targeted marketing campaigns, and manage customer relationships
Plan, coordinate and manage ad-hoc digital marketing projects.
Coordinate marketing projects with stakeholders, including team members, management and external partners.
Organize meetings and presentations to report project progress and gather feedback
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Assisting with the graphic design of promotional materials for digital and print.
Working alongside our international social media team and assisting with additional creative tasks.

Are you a MATCH?
Experience with: Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite (or similar Social Media Management Tool), CMS: DRUPAL (or similar) and WordPress with Woocommerce (or similar), Adobe Creative Cloud is greatly appreciated (mostly InDesign). Emailing programming (Mailjet).
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, and data analysis (META Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Nice to have: Strong interpersonal skills - Project management - Autonomous - Very organised - Customer oriented - Interested in Healthcare - Digital and data orientation - Willing to evolve their career for the long-term
