Join our operations team as a " V.I.E. IN SUPPLY CHAIN - Life Cycle Management".
A DAY IN THE LIFE (YOUR ROLE/ MISSIONS)
As part of the Supply Chain Lifecycle Management Team at our production site your responsibilities will be:
50% Project lead:
* Within the plant, coordinate launches with all key operations actors (Development, Packaging, Purchasing etc.) in order to ensure the on time availability of finished products within the targeted costs; manage the end of life of existing finished products incl. their components.
* Validate the retro planning and the availability date of launches. Monitor the development along the operations Teams.
* Define the priorities of launches within the Manufacturing Supply Chain community
* Coordinate activities related to the launches with suppliers (first delivery / logistics specification / quantities) and with all actors within operations
* Communicate production availability dates for launches to S&OP and Development teams.
* Build and validate nomenclatures of components & raw materials with supply planners; manage master data in SAP
* Manage renovations, substitutions, and phase-outs of products - calculate possible liabilities and proactively propose actions to lower them.
* Perform Cost-of-Goods calculations, both provisional and final ones
50% Graphic Tool Artwork - Operational Management
* Create the briefs in the Graphic Tool Artwork (TAG)
* Monitoring the progress of the artworks uploaded and reminding the different key players to perform their tasks
* Extraction of trackers for close follow-ups
* Communication between countries/suppliers/color&artwork development in Paris

About you:
* A successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in economics or industrial engineering or a successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial-technical field with a focus on supply chain management
* Very good knowledge of English as well as good knowledge of French
* Practical experience in the area of Supply Chain Management
* Comfort to work in an international environment
* Good communication skills and a structured way of working
