The Home Operations Supervisor will own two core functions on the Home National Team: HHD Redeployment Operations, involving management of ~8 teammates across 8 warehouses, and Home Machine Accountability, involving several cost savings levers such as inventory tracking, order management, and field support. This requires strong communication, analytical, and managerial skills.

Essential Function
* Home Machine Accountability - Asset Management. Requires daily indexing of central inbox and outreach to clinics to manage equipment repair/maintenance shipments. Involves monthly reporting and analysis of outstanding shipments
* HHD Redeployment Operations - teammate management
* Home Machine Accountability - Patient Outlier Management. Requires following up with patients to identify and address potential barriers to successful treatments
* HHD Redeployment Operations - troubleshooting and ad hoc support
* Home Machine Accountability - Patient Technology Management. Involves approving clinic orders and following up with order updates. Requires interfacing with technology vendor
* HHD Redeployment Operations - monitoring inventory levels and shifting inventory as needed across Palmers
* Home Machine Accountability - Monthly Reporting Package. Own creation of executive presentations to show impact of initiatives

Education and Experience
* 4-6 years
* Associates Degree or Apprenticeship
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in excel
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills
* Comfort with Office suite (ppt, outlook, excel, sharepoint)
* People management experience
* Customer service experience
* Supply chain management experience

Salary/ Wage Range$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year
