Join us in this role where you'll establish quality standards, manage risk assessment processes, and develop strategies to mitigate operational risks in offshore wind projects. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement across engineering and hub teams.

You'll be part of UK West Hub where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risk registers, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead structured change processes to enhance asset reliability and safety. As a team, we champion safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, working together to uphold our reputation for excellence in quality and risk management across our renewable energy portfolio.
You'll play an important role in:
* establishing quality standards and processes for the design, construction, and operational phases of offshore wind projects, aligned with ISO and IEC standards, including ISO 9001
* designing and managing quality control plans, incorporating inspections, audits, and testing to ensure regulatory and specification compliance
* leading the Management of Change process by implementing structured strategies, aligning stakeholders, and facilitating smooth communication to support organisational goals
* creating and implementing risk mitigation strategies, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and hub teams to effectively minimise risks
* acting as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and certification authorities, ensuring compliance and preparing all required documentation
* producing quality and risk management reports for senior management, providing insights on risk exposure, mitigation progress, and quality performance metrics.
To succeed in the role, you:
* have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools
* have technical understanding of wind turbine systems, electrical and mechanical components, and offshore operations
* have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
* possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
* have knowledge of offshore wind farm regulations, health and safety standards/ regulations, and environmental compliance
