What you'll do?
* Analyze customer data and create reports to track performance.
* Build and maintain CRM dashboards.
* Segment customers based on data to improve targeting.
* Identify high-value customers and optimize their journeys.
* Evaluate CRM campaigns using data and A/B testing.
* Recommend improvements to boost engagement and ROI
* Support CRM strategy with data-driven insights.
* Align analytics with business goals.
What you'll bring?
* Love to analyze detailed date and building meaningful insights out of them
* Familiar with analytics solutions and CRM tools such as Tableau, Braze, Mixpanel, Sales Force is a nice to have
* Detail oriented, resilient, sharp and careful personality with great communication skills
* "Analyze first, act second" mindset
* Enthusiasm for working in an imperfect dynamic startup environment and in a great team
* Fluent in English
