Responsibilities:
* Offering a deep awareness of the local market, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering clear investment opportunities which position DB effectively in their market.
* Liaise closely with local banking authorities aiming to advance regulations in terms of eligibility and allotted time through providing best practice and cultivate DB's user challenges and demands.
* Directing and steering local DB stakeholders in terms of global cash management vision with a clear vision to continuously shape the product catalogue, manage the P&L while adhering to DB's risk appetite and support global stakeholders reshaping system landscape promoting service oriented scalable product offers.
* Closely collaborate with regional & global product teams to socialize and educate on country specific needs while supporting the local solution within given timeframes
* Engaging with key clients and market influencers to increase our awareness of how the client demand is evolving loally and how to position DB strongly with key local decision makers
Skills:
* Cash Management experience preferred, either as a corporate treasurer or in similar function in a financial institution
* Strong stakeholder management and senior management exposure required
* Strong Product Management experience desirable
* Strong communication, interpersonal and presentational skills required
* Being able to set priorities and navigate between the key areas of risk/regulation, market & client expertise, product innovation and revenue growth.
* Strong project management with a proven track record of delivering against challenging projects & strong communication skills and ability to efficiently work in virtual teams and a matrix organisation
* Deep understanding of local environment, be it industry trends, regulatory environments, competitors …
* Being pro-active, independant and come with a "Can do attitude"
* Fluent in English and local language
