As Publisher Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing relationships with global in-app publishers. Leveraging your expertise in sales and your existing network within the gaming and in-app industry, you will be responsible for fostering new partnerships and maximizing growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Global In-App Supply, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and the seamless transition of new clients into long-term partners. Our organization works with many of the largest gaming and non-gaming publishers, so we are looking for an ambitious and proactive professional to further grow and enhance our footprint in the in-app space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build new relationships and leverage existing ones to close deals with the biggest gaming and in-app studios
* Work directly with the VP of Global In-App Supply to report, track, and analyze a robust pipeline of partnerships
* Educate publishers on developments in the ecosystem and how our product offering addresses the challenges they face
* Develop complex sales strategies to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements
* Work closely with the Publisher Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process and into a program of long-term development and nurturing
* Attend industry and relevant events, representing and promoting (COMPANY NAME)

About you:

* Experience in sales or account management, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles
* Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred
* Experience persuading and influencing internal and external C-suite partners
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of complex deal-making: great negotiation skills and strong abilities to persuade at a very senior level of an organization
* Analytical/strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity
* You have a good technical understanding of SDK integration and headerbidding
* Experience with Salesforce/BI Tools
* Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
