Job Description:

Our client is a young, fast-growing international business school offering collaborative executive education with the UCAM and UCAV universities.

We are currently looking for a professional for the position of Junior Developer to join our Systems & I+D Department.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Implement and monitor the automation of the identified workflow in other departments.
* Manage and monitor the use and status of systems (LMS, web, ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Azure).
* Manage and monitor the information backup procedure
* KPI oriented.
* Maintain IT strategies.
* Keep an active communication with the staff and provide technological support.
* Management of user accounts and permissions.
* Setup for end-users (install OS, requested applications, updates, etc.).
* Keep the IT devices maintenance report updated.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Degree in Computer Engineering.
* English proficiency, minimum C1 level (Spanish is a plus).
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Developer.
* Ability to communicate cross-functionally with the rest of the department to improve performance and processes.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Proactive.
* Autodidact.
It will be appreciated:
* Workflow automation knowledge (Power Automate | Zapier | Integromat).
* Experience in Transactional emails systems (Sendgrid).
* Experience in Microsoft 365 Management.
* Knowledge/experience in Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Minimum of experience in LMS (Moodle).
