(COMPANY NAME) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week: Business Analyst ( ITSM ServiceNow Business and Data Analyst)

We will count on you to:
* Gather detailed requirements from the business
* Identifying process improvements
* Use knowledge of ServiceNow functionality to recommend solutions
* Data Analytical Skills: Data analysts need strong analytical skills to effectively collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data. They should be able to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to help drive decision-making.
* Data Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, as well as knowledge of statistical analysis tools and data visualization software preferably Qlik, or Tableau, is crucial for data analysts. They should also have a good understanding of databases and use SQL, Excel, and BI tools for data analyis and testing of data quality.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: analysts should possess strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex data-related challenges. They need to be able to break down process and find creative solutions using ServiceNow functionality.
* Gather detailed requirements from the business for both data analytics and ServiceNow solutions
* Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow functionality
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and optimal solutions
* Manage and execute testing to verify that development meets the specified requirements
* Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools for data analysis and testing of data quality
What you need to have:
* ServiceNow experience - Understanding of catalog items, workflows, reports (required)
* Experience with running queries in SQL, Excel (required)
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
