GET READY TO

* Analyze, map and optimize processes within the Payments team
* Develop and implement necessary changes
* Closely collaborate with the IT team to implement process changes and test new features
* Document Payments team's business processes and ensure their accessibility for team continuity
* Define needed changes for quality assurance and trainings in the team
* Cooperate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows
* Handle ad-hoc tasks, prepare reports to management regularly

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

* Prior work experience in Finance
* Thorough knowledge of process analysis/review/definition
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Initiative, independent problem-solving, ownership, ability to resolve complex situations and involve other relevant staff
* Ability of showing commitment of the results
* Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Be willing to coordinate a Team
