Information about the position

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join one of our Product Engineering teams at Vinted Marketplace.

You will join the Seller domain - Ads team to drive sustainable growth by diversifying revenue on the Vinted platform. This team focuses on monetisation through innovative ad tactics, including high-impact native and full-screen video formats, while prioritizing member-centricity and ad quality to ensure a seamless member experience on Vinted.

In practice, it means

* Work in a cross-functional team (±6 engineers that you would be leading, Product Manager, Product Designer and Data Analyst)
* Forge strong partnerships with Product Management to align Engineering efforts with strategic business goals
* Ensure the team's delivery according to the quarterly roadmap
* Collaborate closely with other Engineering Managers and Agile Coache to bring continuous improvements to your team and our domain
