Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

* Review and follow up on SLA and OLA, including security requirements.

* Ensure compliance with governance principles

* Manage the complete lifecycle of specific services, including application knowledge and technical need analysis.

* Establish operating agreements, processes and service levels with Business.

* Handle budgeting and forecasting for defined services, as well as pre-sale activities (RFI/RFP).

* Analyze demand, specify requirements, and cost deployment

* Establish operating agreements and service levels in collaboration with business units.

* Manage the interface to internal customers on operational level

* Control production services costs using the enterprise service costing mode

Who Are We Looking For

* Graduate degree in informatics or in a comparable discipline or comparable proficiency

* Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale. Open to cultural differences

* Customer focus, good planning and organizing skills

* Ability to act with customer orientation and be attentive and responsive to customer concerns, based on an operational interconnection.

* Excellent written and communication skills, business fluent English and Latvian is mandatory

* Proficiency in Finnish or an other language is seen as a plus

* Good and widespread technical background (Network, System Engineer, Database Administrator) is an asset

* Knowledge about payment services is an asset.

* Stress resistant and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities

* Ability to travel frequently

* Knowledge in standards related to IT (ie PCI DSS, ISO standards, ISAE 3402 …)
