SGS are seeking a a full-time Booking Line Agent to join our Galway office to support our NDLS customers on a fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering call/queries in a timely manner while meeting KPI's and SLA's.
Job Description:
* Ensure all calls received are answered in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete all NDLSFO duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant procedures and performance agreement.
* Process bookings & cancellations for NDLS Customers
* Ensure the Data Protection is always adhered to as per the 8 Principles of Data Protection
* Ensure a full understanding of SOP's and Scripts
* Ensure all agreed operational procedures & scripts are strictly complied with.
* Manage confidential information securely and in line with Records Management and Data Protection Policies
* Lead by example and demonstrate SGS values.
* Maintain and ensure good employee relations.
* Complete daily administration
* Ensure full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct
* Present a professional image of the company through personal grooming and presentation
* At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Company's policies and procedures
* Ensure full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity, and act in accordance with SGS Ireland's Equality & Diversity Policy
Qualifications:
Leaving certificate or equivelent
