* Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email
* Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
* Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
* Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!
Job Requirements:
* Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in German
* Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
* Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
* Experience in customer service will be appreciated
* Positive attitude & team spirit
