We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Backoffice Transformation Project Manager to lead our ambitious journey towards implementing the best-in-class solutions covering following business processes: Manufacturing to inventory, Purchasing to pay, Order to cash and Product lifecycle management.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless transition from existing solutions to a comprehensive suite of solutions, including SAP, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Collaboration Applications, and Quality Assurance (QA) solutions.
By optimizing processes and empowering teams, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales departments. This is a permanent, full-time position located at our headquarters in Cologne.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Proven track record (7+ years) in successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects Deep expertise and profound knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, as well as familiarity with PLM and QA solutions. Strong background in manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product development, and sales operations. Exemplary project management skills Exceptional leadership and team management abilities Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Great interpersonal and teambuilding skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Analytical thinking, strong vision, communication skills and persuasiveness, to resolve issues with cross-functional teams Fluent German & English skills are required, French is an asset
