Your mission
* Leading an IVVQ Team (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) in the context of system integration and testing campaigns for the product world of Thales' Business Line Above Water Systems (AWS)
* Defining an integration and test strategy and tailoring of processes, practices and tools applicable to the respective system
* Collaboration in project teams with project managers, system engineering managers and work package managers of all technical disciplines, like hardware, software and cybersecurity
* Define and plan IVVQ work packages for bids and projects in terms of performance, cost and time
* Identifying, assessing and managing of opportunities and risks
We are looking forward to
* Completed university degree, e.g. computer science, (electrical) engineering or a similar qualification
* Professional experience in the area of hardware qualification, as well as (ideally) management experience in the transversal or disciplinary area
* Project management experience and a certification (f.e. IPMA) is a plus
* English language skills appropriate for negotiations, German is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
