THE ROLE & THE TEAM

You will join the AI Ops team within the Customer Experience Analytics division. This team's main goal is to enhance our AI infrastructure and create innovative GenAI-powered applications, accelerating our journey towards understanding and improving customer experience. We are part of the customer care organization, putting us in a unique position to understand and address customer issues better and faster than any other team. You will empower various teams across the entire organization to utilize AI capabilities, ensuring a continuously improving experience for our customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure for GenAI applications, a pivotal asset that will be utilized to enhance and streamline operations comprehensively. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

* Building and maintaining infrastructure for GenAI-powered applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance systems.
* Designing and implementing CI/CD practices to minimize the time to deploy new AI features and applications.
* Developing self-service tools and platforms for stakeholders to easily access and utilize AI capabilities.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
* Driving innovation and promoting a culture of knowledge exchange within the engineering community.

* Technical Expertise: You possess a proven track record of writing effective code. You demonstrate a profound understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. You are a staunch advocate of clean code, robust automated testing, and continuous improvement, driven by a passionate commitment to these ideals. You excel in Python and have experience with generative AI. Skills in Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and Kafka-like queues are highly valued.
* Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You are adept at tackling complex technical challenges, possess strong analytical skills, and can devise efficient, scalable solutions. You proactively identify and address problems facing your team. You are comfortable with building applications from the ground up and also improving existing systems.
* Ownership and Strategic Thinking: You understand the importance of application performance and the implications of infrastructure issues. You can balance complexity and practicality in your solutions. You are ready to own data products and features from end to end, from testing and implementing to deploying and monitoring.
* Communication and Teamwork: You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You are able to collect business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
