We are looking for a skilled & passionate Principal Engineer (m/f/d) to become part of and direct one of our Tech Units at (COMPANY NAME) or SCAYLE!
As a Principal Engineer, you will drive the development of high-performance, scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering and the Product Lead to shape architectural decisions, ensuring our products remain cutting-edge and reliable.

What you will do
* Design and implement complex, scalable systems, setting the technical direction for the team together with our VP Engineering and the Product Lead
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and QA professionals, collaborating with designers to deliver new features and components
* Operate within a dynamic, international environment, applying agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban to streamline workflows
* Make rapid, informed decisions in a flat hierarchy, driving quick and effective outcomes
Who you are
* Extensive experience in developing high-scalable software, ideally with PHP
* Deep understanding of software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud)
* Commitment to writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring a high-quality codebase
* Strong knowledge in these areas to build robust, decoupled systems
* Capable of guiding teams through fast-paced, evolving environments
* Ability to think strategically, making decisions grounded in key business metrics
