What will you do at (COMPANY NAME)?
As a Junior Routing Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of post-integration processes, working closely with mobile network operators from around the world and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure the highest possible route quality solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate with a global team, tackling different areas to maintain and improve our voice services.
What will the main responsibilities be?
* Quickly resolving problems in a highly professional manner, in varying critical and non-critical situations.
* Maintaining close monitoring of our suppliers' delivery to ensure that any issues are promptly identified, addressed, and resolved.
* Proactively suggesting new implementation of monitoring systems, platform features, and rules.
* Providing continuous feedback to our internal teams of engineers to improve our products based on the needs of our clients and partners.
* Using internal tools for troubleshooting common issues on the channel, platform, or product level.
* Understanding and implementing setups related to platforms to prevent unwanted frauds and to respect predefined regulations.
More about you:
* Experience within the IT or telecommunications industry, or in a similar technical role.
* Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Excel, SQL, and Grafana is a plus.
* Basic understanding of communication protocols, and a higher level of familiarity will be considered an advantage.
* You possess strong analytical troubleshooting skills and are able to approach technical issues methodically.
* You are a tech enthusiast looking to build a career in a dynamic environment.
* You really care about clients, looking to provide the best possible experience.
* You are curious to learn how things work and what you can do to improve them.
* You possess excellent fluency in both Croatian and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, colleagues, and engineering teams.
