Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, support, and system management. The intern will work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless operation of technology systems and support day-to-day technical needs
Qualifications:
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
* Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or in-person.
* Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (e.g., computers, printers, and peripherals).
* Help in managing and maintaining IT inventory records.
* Support the team in system updates, backups, and security protocols.
* Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides for recurring issues.
* Collaborate on IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and software rollouts.
* Maintain compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
