Job Description:
UAE National Intern - Support the HR Business Partner in Talent Acquisition including job posting, first level screening, scheduling, and candidate acceptance/ rejection emails. Responsibilities: - Launch Job vacancies on Talent Connect Attract based on vacant positions received from HRPB. - Daily screening of applications received, system rejections of irrelevant applications and CVs not in line with experience level requested in a timely manner. -Making sure Talent Connect Attract applications received are always handled in due time and all applicants receive responses based on decisions made. -Sending prescreened applicable CVs to HRBP for approval. -Phone screening candidates and scheduling approved CVs based on availabilities provided. -Support HRBP in organizing assessment centers for sales candidates. -Sending rejection email to candidates based on HRBP feedback. -Close the vacancy on the system once final candidate is selected. Profile: Ø University student/graduate, previous experience in Luxury Retail is a plus Ø Good communication skills Ø English is a must
