About the BRIDGE program

You will be a part of the PMI's family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944EUR (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

*Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be part of the Global Business Solutions in Philip Morris Spain.

We are looking for highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Location Management team within Global Business Solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or a final-year student, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a global corporate environment. The successful candidate will support the LMS team in delivering services across finance, commercial, and people & culture (P&C) functions. You will play a key role in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and support the implementation of our location strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Data Gathering, Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support various business functions, particularly in finance, commercial, and P&C services. Develop and maintain data models as well as manage large data sets to facilitate strategic decision-making.
* Location Strategy Support: Assist in the planning, governance, and execution of our location strategy, including organizing related activities and ensuring seamless integration of the strategy across the business.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior managers, helping to manage their workload and support their day-to-day activities, organize and prepare strategic meetings.
* Research & Strategy: Conduct research to support strategic initiatives, providing insights that contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.
* Documentation Preparation: Handle various administrative tasks, including document preparation (Excel, PPT), data entry, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

You have:

* A recent degree in in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field
* Working fluency in English: advanced. Spanish preferable but not required.
* MS Excel, MS PPT (must have), PowerBI (strong advantage)
* Experience with data models (nice to have)

You also have/are:

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find creative solutions to improve the consumer experience.
* Project Management: Organizational skills to manage and implement consumer experience improvement projects.
* Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to interpret and draw insights from data to support business decisions.
* Learning Agility: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and rapidly acquire new skills.
