Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with customer feedback analytics and reporting.
* Assist in administering global staff recognition awards, working with cluster HR partners.
* Assist in planning, developing and executing relevant campaigns/initiatives (e.g. Ascott Moments Week) to drive and build branded service culture.
* Review and update standards and guidelines.
* Manage customer feedback via CR mailbox and ECMS.
* Provide administrative support for POP properties (ECMS/GSS and Shiji ReviewPro ORM)
* Assist team in adhoc projects or tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing Communications or Social Science or Hospitality Management (with a module in data analytics).
* Comfortable working with numbers/data.
* A passion/heart for service and enjoys working with people.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint), and experience in creative work (e.g. poster design, video) would be helpful.
