Internship - Personnel Efficiency Project Management

Job Description:

The student, as part of the MSA team and will work on personnel efficiency topics project management.
In your new role you will:

* Drive the approach for deviation management and productivity improvement
* Update personnel efficiency governance document
* Develop and sustain personnel efficiency reporting or analysis tool.
* Be involved in action item follow ups for the on-going project
Internship learning outcome:

* Understand how efficiency is important for sustaining and grow
* Familiarity with technical documentation standards in the semiconductor field
* Learn and be skillful with current latest tools in (COMPANY NAME)
* Be an expert for technical tools/ concepts like DMAIC, PDCA, LEAN etc

Candidate Requirements:

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

* On track to attain Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Project management / Business with a research-oriented mindset and practical concept
* Knowledge in some analysis tool skills
* Experience in project roll out
* Experience in manufacturing concept basics
