Job Description:
* Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
* Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience and interest in the position.
* Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
* Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
* Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
* Try to ensure good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates along the hiring process
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
* Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
* Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
* Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
* Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
