All about the role

The Recruitment Marketing team focuses on getting the right talent to the right team when it's needed. From the couriers that deliver dishes from the kitchen to the counter to the sales team that bring on new restaurant partners. You will help support recruitment marketing efforts across all segments.

These are some of the key ingredients of the role

* Coordinate a variety of meaningful projects with a variety of stakeholders in the recruitment marketing team (marketing communication, campaigns analysis, channels prioritisation, etc)
* Impact the way we hire Couriers and Corporate roles across all our markets, by managing campaigns in the full spectrum of Digital Marketing channels (SEO, SEA, Social, Affiliate)
* Translate recruitment funnel changes to actionable performance marketing reactions, optimising lead inflow and quality
* Build and maintain local partnerships that support our branding, local relevance and traffic to website
* Participate in data driven process improvement projects with the opportunity to shape our future
* Report & explain results to the rest of the team
* Deliver performance reporting, dashboards & insights

What will you bring to the table?
* Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in either a marketing or business related field
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions (basic knowledge of analytics tool, e.g. Excel, Google Analytics)
* A well-organised and proactive mindset with close attention to detail
* Agile, innovative and open-minded approach to your work
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Available full-time for a period of 4-6 months
