As an intern at our Mercedes-Benz Japan office in Makuhari, Chiba prefecture (we moved our office to Chiba from Shinagawa) you will have the opportunity to experience an intercultural working environment. You will have a wide range of invaluable opportunities in automobile company and improve your communication skills by working together with our team as well as other departments.
As a part of our team your tasks will be:
1. Data Protection
- Knowing of data risks and prevention measures
- Implementing training support for data protection to ensure safety within the whole company
- Supporting the Data Flow Clarification / Consultation of Data Risk Evaluation by translating the materials, participating in meetings, data analysis and consultation to each business user (BU)

2. Integrity Check
- Knowing the corruption prevention measures by implementing the Integrity Check
- Supporting the Integrity Check to business case and business partners by system check and risk investigation

3. Critical Account System (CAS) Implementation Project
- Proceeding the CAS implementation project by Nov. of 2024
- Supporting the CAS implementation project by communicating with HQ and IT, participating in meetings, and summarizing the agent opinions

4. Agent Model Project (AMP)
- Learning how to lead company-wide projects as a cross function
- Participating in AMP meetings and preparation of presentations and translations

Living support: Mercedes-Benz Japan provides its Trainees with a monthly living support of 150,000 Yen. This will have to cover all living expenses.

Qualifikationen

Required/Preferred language abilities
* Fluent Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher: very high level of spoken Japanese and high fluency of Kanji comprehension)
* Fluent English (B2/C1)
Required specialized knowledge
* IT skills (Word & Excel：Intermediate)
Preferred specialized knowledge
* Law or compliance-related degree
* High communication skills
