Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Assist with data preparation and analysis for mid-year reviews and ongoing KPI assessments.
* Perform daily uploads and updates of KPI data for probation tracking.
* Support the People Analytics team by conducting data analysis and monitoring key metrics related to employee performance and engagement.
* Contribute to creating dashboards and reports to provide insights on performance trends.
Requirements
* Final-year student or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.
* Basic understanding of HR processes and KPI management.
* Ability to handle and interpret large datasets accurately
