Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Accounts Receivable!
In this role, the position is responsible but not limited to assisting collections manager in supervising and monitoring functions relative to Accounts Receivable (invoice collections and deduction resolution) to includes reconciliations of accounts, resolution of deductions, reporting, analytics, communication with client and meeting the needs of the client.
Responsibilities
* Trains and supervises staff on invoice collections/deduction resolution.
* Assigned to manage collection account or accounts.
* Communicates internally and with the client on any issues related to the Receivables
* Prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports and provides root cause analysis detailing the aging of the accounts receivable as needed.
* Daily E360 Huddle updates and bi-monthly 1:1 session with the team.
* Handles all internal and external escalations.
* Preparing and reviewing monthly bonuses with analyst.
* Prepares yearly analyst performance reviews.
* Reviews the performance and efficiency of each analyst and conducts routine one-on-ones/evaluations.
* Conducts routine huddles with the team.
* Partake in Client conference calls
* Identify areas of Business Impact - preparation of documentation.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
* High School diploma required
* Relevant work experience
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn ERP systems with preferable knowledge of SAP
* Ability to communicate verbally and through e-mails with businesses.
* Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
* Previous experience of working on continuous process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
* Ability to lead and train staff
* Knowledge of Accounts Receivable Collections and Deductions
* Good/Excellent Computer Skills
* Ability to work with all Microsoft Office programs especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to multi-task
* High level of professionalism
* Green belt trained and tested
* Knowledge and experience in SAP
