We provide advice and expertise in developing ECB supervisory decisions within European banking supervision and are involved in preparing and reviewing such decisions. We also contribute to the delivery of large banking supervision projects and help implement common policies in this area.

In addition, our Division is responsible for publishing and disseminating the ECB's legal framework and other legal publications.

In your role as a trainee, you will be part of a team responsible for, among other things, the procurement procedures of the Division and projects that foster innovative development in the Division in fields such as the optimisation of processes.

* provide procurement expertise and administrative support throughout the procurement process and participate in the review and approval of tender documentation as well as in the evaluation of offers;
* contribute to the planning and monitoring of procurements within the framework of various procurement reports produced by the Central Procurement Office;
* depending on organisational needs and expressed interest, contribute to developing solutions for the effective use of technology and to enhancing the processes involved in legal revision, legal translation and the publication of legal acts.

The position offers you excellent opportunities to engage in the Division's projects related to contract management, the development of the ECB's lawyer-linguist function and the use of technology. You will be part of a multicultural team that strives for continuous innovation to make a positive impact on the lives of European citizens.
